Flandre Scarlet

Flandre Scarlet is Remilia's younger sister and a closely guarded resident of Scarlet Devil Mansion. Usually docile but difficult for others to understand, she possesses raw destructive power that exceeds her sister's and has been kept from leaving the mansion for nearly 500 years. Flandre can destroy an object by moving its “eye,” the point of highest tension, into her hand and pouring power into it; when she clenches her fist, the object is destroyed. She also has extreme physical strength and unusually shaped wings whose origin is only speculated about.
