Story spoilers
Finny possesses superhuman strength that he tries to suppress so he will not hurt anyone. Before joining the household, he was used as a scientific and medical test subject to increase his physical strength and was later rescued by Ciel; the marking S-012 remains tattooed on the back of his neck.
