Fia Arcana

When news arrives that Elle killed Fia's father in battle, Fia's rivalry turns to rage. Under Sui Rem law, a disciple whose master is slain must cast off their name until the master is avenged, so Fia takes the name Faurink Maya, shortened to “Faury” or “Folli,” and later gains the nickname “Plasmatizer.” Faury eventually confronts Elle with the forbidden Nothingness Talisman, but Elle rescues her after their fight causes a mine collapse. Doubting Elle's guilt, Faury accompanies her and becomes a close friend and older-sister figure. In the OAV, Scarface's testimony reveals that Elle did not kill Faury's father and Louie is exposed as the murderer. In the anime, Doga likewise reveals that Elle was not responsible, leading Elle and Faury to join forces against Louie. The manga later reveals that Faury had married Woaks Porelo four years earlier, when she was 15, and left him because of her father's murder and her search for Elle.
