Fei Cui

Fei Cui is a self-proclaimed jewelry thief with an obsessive fascination for jewelry and certain items. She owns a store called Jade and often calls Fujita to gloat about things she has stolen. Her assistant says her mood can shift sharply. Fei has an eye problem and fears going blind; she also says that if she does, she would die from being unable to see beauty. Fujita claims the jewels affect her eyes.
