Excel

Excel is an energetic, hyperactive operative who joins ACROSS immediately after high school. Loyal to the organization's mission and infatuated with Lord Il Palazzo, she rarely succeeds at her assignments. Her rapid, erratic speech often leaves the people around her struggling to understand her, and she frequently refers to herself in the third person.
