Escargoon

Escargoon is King Dedede's snail-like assistant in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, a character created for the anime. He helps with Dedede's schemes and can be haughty and grumpy, yet also shows a genuinely kinder side. Escargoon is highly intelligent, with knowledge of botany, chemistry, electronics, and robotics, and regularly invents machines when Dedede needs them.

His relationship with Dedede mixes loyalty and frustration: he handles many everyday duties for the king while also enduring frequent mistreatment and pranks.
