Biography

Eri Sawachika is one of Tenma's close friends. The daughter of a British father and Japanese mother, she comes from great wealth, struggles with kanji, and is deeply devoted to her father, whose work limits their time together.

Story spoilers

Eri develops feelings for Harima and becomes jealous of rumored romantic rivals. At the manga's end, she and Harima enter a paper-only fake marriage for her family status. In the final chapter of School Rumble Z, she is shown entering Karasuma's hospital room with Harima while holding a baby.
