Pucci secretly frames Jolyne Cujoh to draw out Jotaro Kujo and the memories connected to Dio's diary. His Stand, Whitesnake, can extract a target's Stand and memories as separate discs. Pucci is Weather Report's twin brother. Following the instructions in Dio's diary, he later develops C-Moon, which manipulates gravity, and then Made in Heaven, a Stand that steadily accelerates time and is one of the very last elements of Dio's plan.
