Biography
Emperor Xul is the masked dictator ruling Gishin and numerous conquered worlds. Cruel and expansionist, he has enslaved many people, provoked rebellions and seeks control over the entire known universe. Because he is never seen without his mask and cloak, even whether he is human remains uncertain.
Story spoilers
When Takeru is a baby, Xul takes him from his biological parents and sends him to Earth with orders to destroy the planet when he grows older.
