Elendira the Crimsonnail
エレンディラ・ザ・クリムゾンネイルBiography
In the manga, Elendira the Crimsonnail is the thirteenth and most powerful Gung-Ho Gun, known as the "lost" number 13. A flamboyant and sometimes arrogant trans woman, she attacks by firing enormous red nails from a briefcase that transforms into a crossbow. Her personality can be childish and flippant despite her formidable combat ability.
Story spoilers
Elendira wears restraining armor beneath her clothes; disabling it lets her move at an even more inhuman speed. She also seems to dislike Legato and appears jealous, commenting that his lack of a Gung-Ho Gun number implies that he is on a level apart from the numbered members.
