Biography
Elder Tatsumi represents the Dragon in the 12th Juuni Taisen and fights as a two-person unit with his younger twin brother. As the elder twin, he acts as commander and distinguishes himself by using the first-person pronoun “ore-sama.” He carries the liquid-nitrogen-powered Yuki-onna icethrower to complement his brother's flamethrower.
