Dr. Mashirito

Dr. Mashirito is the main antagonist of Dr. Slump and Senbei Norimaki's arch-rival. His goal is to conquer the world and surpass Arale, driving him to create the Caramelmen robots and pursue destructive upgrades for himself.

Evil, aggressive, and rude, he repeatedly fails but remains dangerous because his intelligence rivals or may even exceed Senbei's. He is also the creator of Obotchaman.
