Domino

Domino, also known as 009 and Black Tulip, is an elite Team Rocket officer whose history before joining the organization is almost entirely unknown. She even claims "Domino" is not her real name. Mercurial and quick-tempered, she can switch from cheerful to strictly businesslike when a mission demands it.
