Biography
Data 7 is a black panther serving Dr. Von Reichter with orders to find and kill Cybersix.
Story spoilers
He is actually Cyber 29, Cybersix's younger brother and childhood best friend. After Cyber 29 dies in a fall, Von Reichter preserves his brain and later places it in the panther's body as Data 7. His memories eventually return, prompting him to rebel against Von Reichter and join Cybersix.
