Daniel

Daniel is the eldest of three brothers. After their father's death, he turns his younger brother Pierre into a servant and treats him rudely. Daniel seems to be the head of the family, with Raymond, the second son, obeying him. Daniel is greedy and not quite honest, and Pierre's part of the inheritance is divided between the eldest brothers. Later, he calls himself “the richest man” while wooing Princess Rose.
