Dの左手Left Hand
Biography
D's talking left hand is his constant companion, sometimes called the Countenanced Carbuncle. It generally prefers to sit back and let D do the work, adding sarcastic comments at his expense.
Story spoilers
The hand is revealed to be a symbiotic entity living in D's hand, though its reason for taking up residence is unclear. It appears to have supernatural powers independent of D and occasionally uses them to help him.
