Cthoni Andor
クトーニ・アンドールBiography
Cthoni Andor is a 27-year-old Vandal whose quiet, expressionless demeanor makes it easy for her to go unnoticed and approach people silently. Realistic in battle and exceptionally strong, she knows when retreat is the better choice. Her "Manhole" Jinki lets her teleport quickly and quietly through a sewer manhole.
