Chongyue

Chongyue is a Yan-born elder brother to Nian, Dusk and Ling. Formerly a martial-arts instructor in Yumen, he comes to Rhodes Island to visit family and remains aboard as a visitor after audits. His extensive combat experience informs the advice he gives Rhodes Island, though Dr. Kal'tsit asks him to participate directly in missions only rarely.
