Biography
Chloe is a highly skilled Les Soldats assassin who answers only to Altena and prefers knives to firearms. She claims to be the true Noir, shares many qualities with Kirika and is nearly her match, and is at odds with Mireille despite saying she wants to be her friend.
Story spoilers
As a child, Chloe witnessed Kirika's first two assassinations, including the killing of Mireille's parents, and came to idolize her. Her desire to befriend Mireille masks intense jealousy over Mireille's closeness with Kirika. Near the end, Chloe attempts to kill Mireille but is stabbed by Kirika with the fork Chloe had lent her.
