Biography
Chin-Lan Chang is a 20-year-old international exchange student from Taiwan who moves into the dormitory. She has short black hair, a calm presence and an easygoing pace. Japanese is not her native language, and she sometimes speaks Taiwanese Hokkien.
Story spoilers
Chin-Lan quickly recognizes Ibuki's feelings for Botan and warns Botan not to grow closer unless she intends to respond to them. She also rapidly befriends Gujou after learning about Gujou's unrequited feelings for Ibuki.
