Chiharu Tsubameya

Chiharu Tsubameya is a second-year student at Hino Minami High School and treasurer of the student council. Cool, quiet and extremely laid-back, she can be difficult to read and sometimes appears to glare at or ignore people without meaning to.

Chiharu is an enthusiastic fan of Noko Shikanoko and treasures even small gifts or attention from her. Beneath her distant exterior, she does care about others. She lives with her older brother Yoshiharu at his cafe and has been friends with Kinu Tanukikoji since childhood.
