Chifuyu Himeki

Chifuyu Himeki is a shy elementary-school student accepted as an unofficial Literature Club member because she is related to the club adviser. Her powers let her create objects from nothing, open portals and dimensions, and manipulate matter down to the subatomic level. She also has feelings for Andou.
