Chandela

Chandela is a Pokémon resembling a sentient chandelier, with a striped round head, yellow eyes, curling black arms, and purple flames. Its fire affects the spirit rather than burning the body. By waving its flames, Chandela can hypnotize an opponent before absorbing the victim's spirit.
