Bulga
ブルガBiography
Bulga is a magical girl who arrives in Wonderland as a messenger from Realm's elders. She is tasked with checking that Sayaka has not taken possession of the Managerial Ring and with assisting her.
Bulga uses a constantly twirling umbrella as both broom and wand rather than transforming to use her powers. Her magic can move stone, animate objects and manipulate wind; she can also hypnotize Sayaka and transform herself into a dog.
Story spoilers
Bulga later pursues the Managerial Ring for herself and joins Chane and Hermes in another attempt to take it. Near the end, the story hints that she will remain in Wonderland as an attendant to Cruje and may be beginning to make friends with other children at the middle school.
