ブラドVlad
Biography
In Trigun episodes 20-21, Brad grows up entirely on a floating platform, which leaves him resentful toward people who live on the ground, including Vash and Wolfwood. He falls in love with fellow platform resident Jessica, though her affection is directed toward Vash.
