Boingo

Boingo is a young Stand User and one of the Egypt 9 Glory Gods. Alongside his older brother Oingo, and later Hol Horse, he attempts to assassinate the Joestar Group in Egypt. His Stand, Tohth, takes the form of a manga whose images predict future events that become fated to occur, though even Boingo cannot control what it displays.
