Blueno

ブルーノ

Biography

Blueno runs a bar in Water Seven's backstreets and possesses the Paramecia-type Doa Doa no Mi, which lets him create doors on surfaces, in the air, and even on people. His Tekkai seems to be among the group's more powerful versions.

Story spoilers

The bar is a cover: Blueno is a covert government agent sent to obtain plans for an Ancient Weapon, and his apparent friendship with Franky develops as part of that mission.
