Bertha

Bertha is a former opera singer and Contractor who manipulates sound resonance. By producing an inverse frequency she can destroy a target, while matching bodily resonance can cause serious internal effects such as a heart attack. Her remuneration requires putting something into her mouth and then expelling it again, demonstrated with cigarettes.
