Belial

Belial the Great Flame is one of Kisaragi's supreme leaders and the head of its combat division. Born to the venerable Kazoku family, she helps Astaroth found Kisaragi alongside Lilith the Dark.

Belial is among the generals who assign Six to a reconnaissance mission in another world. She wants to go herself, but loses the selection through a bad dice roll.
