Bao

Bao is a former South Vietnamese army officer who now owns and tends bar at Roanapur's Yellow Flag, a favorite haunt of the Lagoon Company. He establishes the bar after fleeing his country following the fall of Saigon. Its dangerous clientele openly carries weapons, and Bao has reinforced part of the building with bulletproof steel because gunfights are so common.
