Baikinman

Baikinman is Anpanman's rival, a villain from Germ World who leads the Viruses. He wants to defeat Anpanman and turn the planet into another Germ World, while also occupying himself with tricks, theft and bullying. A capable inventor and planner, he builds machines to counter Anpanman's strength. Soap is a major weakness, shrinking him to the size of a fly.
