Azazel

Azazel is a Fallen Angel who serves as Governor General of the Fallen Angels, a teacher at Kuoh Academy and an adviser to the Occult Research Club. He is an obsessive researcher, especially of Sacred Gears, and generally prefers talking his way out of trouble to using violence. Despite his contradictory mix of laid-back and serious behavior, he cares deeply for fellow Fallen Angels such as Shemhazai and Baraqiel.
