Ayano Tateyama

After Shintaro finds Ayano crying and leaves without knowing what to do, her suicide is revealed the following day. Ayano is later revealed as the original founder and member No. 0 of the Mekakushi Dan, having formed the group with Kano, Kido and Seto after they were adopted into the Tateyama household. She ultimately sought a near-death experience in the belief that obtaining red eyes would give her the power to save her friends Takane and Haruka from her father's planned experiments.
