Ayako

Ayako is the basketball team's strong-willed, good-natured and somewhat tomboyish manager. She directly sharpens Hanamichi's fundamentals for real games, training him in basics such as ball control and dribbling. Her disciplinary style falls between Akagi's strictness and Anzai's gentler approach, and she is fully aware of Ryota's feelings for her.
