Character profile
Ash Landers
アッシュ・ランダーズBiography
Ash Landers is Queen Victoria's butler and carries her requests to the head of the Phantomhive household. His white hair and white suit make his appearance a visual opposite to Sebastian's darker look. He also shares facial features with Angela.
In the manga counterpart, the character is called John, wears large goggles, and plays a shorter, more comic role around the Queen.
Story spoilers
The anime hints that Ash may be connected to the organization responsible for the attack on Ciel's family.
