Arisa Nishiura

Arisa Nishiura is a public relations representative for the Matsuura Railway and was a high school classmate of Kodama, with whom she still occasionally keeps in touch. Before meeting Kodama, Arisa saw trains simply as transportation; spending time together gradually sparked her interest. She is described as knowing more about the Matsuura Railway than anyone else.
