Arata Miyako

Arata Miyako is a young civil servant assigned to Shinjuku Ward's Nocturnal Community Relations Division after taking the civil-service examination, only to discover that his work involves beings known as Another rather than ordinary residents. He has wavy auburn hair and red eyes and strongly resembles Abe no Seimei, causing some Another to mistake him for Seimei.

Gentle by nature, Arata prefers talking through problems, understanding the feelings of Another and resolving disputes peacefully.
