Aoko Nakamori

Aoko Nakamori is Kaito's childhood best friend and a second-year student in class 2-B at Ekoda High School. She strongly dislikes Kaitou Kid because his antics make a mockery of her father, Ginzo Nakamori.
Story spoilers
Aoko becomes suspicious that Kaito might actually be Kaitou Kid and even handcuffs him to a movie-theater seat during a scheduled heist. Kaito escapes, completes the heist and diverts her suspicion. Although neither openly admits it, the two are shown to have feelings for each other.
