Aoko Aozaki
蒼崎青子Miss Blue / Magic Gunner / Sensei / Super Aoko (スーパー青子)
Biography
Aoko Aozaki is a fiercely self-directed magus who values honesty and follows through on her decisions without worrying about other people's judgment. Known as “Magic Gunner” and “Miss Blue,” she has a hostile relationship with her sister Touko. As a 17-year-old in Mahoutsukai no Yoru, Aoko studies magecraft under Alice Kuonji while trying to balance ordinary school life by day with her duties as a magus at night. In Tsukihime, she is the wandering magus who gives the young Shiki Tohno glasses that suppress the lines seen by his Mystic Eyes and leaves a lasting influence on his outlook.
Story spoilers
Aoko is also a Magician capable of the Fifth Magic, making her the only person in the current world able to perform its miracles. Using it causes a Redshift state that changes her appearance and age slightly and turns her hair red. Its exact domain is uncertain, though it has roots in time travel; despite Touko being the stronger conventional magus, Aoko was chosen to inherit this Magic instead.
