Anzu Kadotani
角谷杏Biography
Anzu Kadotani is the Student Council President and commander of Team E, also called Turtle Team. Childish, carefree, and manipulative, she pushes Miho into Sensha-do while leaving much of her team's tank work to Momo and Yuzuko. Her insistence on Sensha-do appears tied to protecting the school, though the Student Council initially keeps the reason secret.
Story spoilers
Anzu revived Sensha-do to prevent the school's impending closure, contingent on winning the national tournament. Later she takes a more active role as her team's gunner.
