Akira Takizawa

Akira Takizawa is a twenty-one-year-old amnesiac who encounters Saki in Washington, D.C., carrying only a gun and an unusually advanced cell phone. The phone bears the phrase "noblesse oblige," holds 8.2 billion yen in digital credit, and connects him to a woman calling herself Juiz. A cache of guns and passports linked to him deepens the mystery surrounding his identity, and he eventually travels back to Japan with Saki.
