Akio Asakura

Akio Asakura is an ambitious young street racer in his final year of high school. Humble in everyday life but intensely serious behind the wheel, he discovers the notoriously fast and difficult Devil Z after losing to Tatsuya Shima. His obsession with racing is strong enough to interfere with school and work, while his adaptability lets him learn unfamiliar cars quickly.
