Story spoilers
He visits the Celestic Town Historical Research Center under that public identity and apparently becomes intrigued when Ash and Dawn describe encounters with Azelf and Mesprit. Cyrus is secretly the leader of Team Galactic. He coordinates Mars's Iron Island mission and the scan of Spear Pillar, later seeks Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf, and ultimately takes control of Dialga and Palkia with the Red Chain. He steps into a portal created by the two legendary Pokémon before it is destroyed, leaving his fate unknown.
