Story spoilers
Acca and Ura-Acca are founders of Japan Plati. Originally human, they abandon their bodies and upload their brains into mannequins that exist only in the Egg World. Acca can make his voice heard through objects in both reality and the Egg World, interact with nonliving objects, communicate through pomanders, and observe the protagonists on a large screen, even in their dreams.
