After defeating Clayman, Rimuru Tempest is formally recognized as a Demon Lord and gains authority over the entire Great Forest of Jura. Expecting representatives from many races to visit, he plans a festival celebrating Tempest's opening while using the occasion to attract new citizens and introduce his new status to the wider world. At the same time, a fabricated declaration of war creates tension with Holy Knight Captain Hinata in the Holy Empire of Lubelius. As misunderstandings and political interests collide, Rimuru must determine who can be trusted while continuing his goal of building a country where humans and monsters can prosper together.
