Shiro, the Giant, and the Castle of Ice

Middle school student Shirou lives in Minami Shimabara, a city tied to the history of the Shimabara Rebellion. When childhood friend Akane returns from Tokyo, she joins Shirou and Tokiya on a walk through town, where an encounter with the mysterious creature Goron sets unusual events in motion.
