Ran Bi Wa

Drawing on an ancient Qiang legend, the film follows a monkey raised among humans who follows his mother Awubaji's path toward the Holy Mountain in search of the secret of warmth. Its prehistoric world is rendered in a traditional Chinese ink-painting style.
