Ponyo

A young boy named Sousuke rescues a goldfish named Ponyo, beginning a friendship that leads them into a magical adventure. Ponyo's father, a powerful sorcerer, eventually forces her back to the sea, but she longs to become human and return to Sousuke. Her desire disrupts the balance of nature and unleashes an enormous storm. Restoring that balance falls to Ponyo's mother, a sea goddess who may also be able to make her daughter's wish possible.
