Paranoia Agent

Paranoia Agent begins with a string of attacks attributed to an elementary school boy nicknamed Shounen Bat, or Lil' Slugger, who strikes victims with a bent golden bat. Two detectives take up the case hoping to stop the assaults before anyone else is hurt. Their investigation soon suggests that the mystery surrounding the attacker is far more complicated than a straightforward criminal case.
