Kenshirou Midou has always loved cosmetics but keeps that passion mostly secret. When childhood friend Hiura Mihate lets him practice makeup, Hiura enjoys the makeover and begins wearing feminine clothing, while Kenshirou becomes unsure how to interpret his changing feelings.
